We are calling all of our soul sisters, space holders and divine feminine energy from Sydney for a rich, deep and heart opening Sister Circle to share our collective wisdom for healing and transformation at our most deepest level.
Our theme is CELEBRATION my loves. Celebrating our growth, challenges, reslilience and amazingness this year as we step up and out ready to end the year on an expansive HIGH.
Healing. Transformation. Connection. Love. Celebration... we do it all.
Together we create a very special intimate gathering for women experience the wonderful magic that happens when we do our transformational Breathwork and embodiment practices together, in circle.
Allowing our inner wisdom, knowing and deep reconnection to flow through.
We begin these sessions with some sharing, energetic release, breath techniques and/ or meditation. And then you will be guided into a sensual and supported journey and breathe a conscious connected breath rhythm to open and connect with your body and it's energy.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a very activating style that can allow for a powerful and safe release of emotion, energy and toxins and very effectively restores and rebalances the body.
This practice allows us to awaken our truth, potential and power from deep within.

About Lynsey: Lynsey is an experienced Breathwork Facilitator and trauma informed Therapist and is passionate about holding space for women to allow breakthrough and transformation to occur.
